We hide our flaws from those who love us because we’re afraid their feelings will change once they see them. But, wouldn’t it be better that way? Shouldn’t we actually be ourselves, completely, showing every inch of ourselves? Sure, some people will fade away, some might get disappointed… But think about the few people who will stay anyways. Those who love us so much, their feelings won’t change no matter what. Think about the freedom that exists when you can be yourself, completely, and you know you will be accepted and loved for who you really are.
